Verizon please help. I have spent 29 hours since Sept 1 with your Verizon tech uspport, the Verizon Wireless website, text online function not syncing with my phone, when you send a text it does not show on my phone, and the other way around as well. I have been with teir 2 supervisors who are emailing with your vendors and it is said to be a left over from a major breakdown in Sept. People refuse to call back in tech support and don't. How can we get this fixed?
Windows 10 Message plus is out as well and does not sync.
