I have called Verizon and tried valiantly to find a solution.  Verizon had no solution.  Deleted, rebooted, reloaded.  Unloaded from my phone and reloaded.  Nothing Worked.

What version of Message+ are you using 'on Computer'?   Does 'Text online' work using your computer?  What OS is running on your computer?

Having same problem:  Windows 10 version 20H2 (build 19042-1415):  Error message is : "There was a error while contacting the server try again after a while" 

 

Did re-install

Re-install of what version of Message+? That would help to know.
