We would like to gather some more details. Are there any recipients in your group message who get the text along with your name? For those who do not get the names but just the numbers, have they ensured they have allowed their text app permission to access their contact lists? For iPhone users specifically, have they disabled iMessage? Lastly, when you message any member individually, do both your name and number show up correctly?
