Message+ Backup/Restore not converting HTML Ampersand Codes

Hi,

​I am using Message+ and regularly backup my messages to the device. However I notice when I restore messages that some standard characters are replaced by the "&" symbol.

​The platform seems to be using HTML Ampersand Character codes but not converting them back on restore.

​Can you please advise how to remedy this?

Jeremy, we certainly want you having access to your messages the way they were backed up. For this you would have to contact the application developer for this. Is this occurring with every message?

Yes it is occurring in every message.

Please note I am using the Verizon Message+ application (NOT a 3rd party

app) and the build in “Save” and “Restore” function.
