Is there any way to log to messasge+ on an android, like you would as a computer? I have a cell phone without a plan, and message+ seems to think that I want to use the phone's internal phone number, but it dosen't have one. Is there any way to log in and send texts over wifi through my message+ and verizon account?

To use Message+ your device needs to be a line on an account which should assign it a phone number. Might have to have a plan (data only?) though. And integrated messaging activated on the main line/number on the account you want your device to integrate with (assuming that's what you want to do).
