My daughters envy2 recieves texts but they come in labled "PAGE" and no other information. No number no actual text message. Is this a setting that can be changed or is it a phone issue?
Sounds like someone is sending her a page (you know, on your outgoing VM where it says "To page this person, press 5 now") but neglecting to input their number for her to return the call. You can take out the pager notification option in her VM message this way:
Call VM, Choose Option 4 for personal options, then 4 again for "pager notification settings". Follow the promps to turn it off, then it will no longer be a part of her VM greeting. Maybe this will help.
