Is there anyway to assign specific ringtones with text messages? i.e. if john doe's ringtone is boogie nights, when I get a text message from john's number, why doesn't boogie nights play? The normal text message sound is played
There is currently no way (that I am aware of) to set a specific ringtone to play when you receive a text from a specific number. Voice calls, yes, you can have a separate ringtone for each contact. But text messages, you can only choose which alert sound plays to notify you of a text message, and it is the same alert tone for all text messages.
