For the last few hours I have not been able to send or receive texts messages from my phone. I thought maybe it was an issue that wasn't just my phone, so I tried my mother's phone who is on the same plan. She can send and receive texts from other phones but she cannot send texts to me. Any ideas of what could be causing this?
Try to remove the batteries from the phone. If that does not work then try *228 + send from the verizon phones.Press options 2. If still no go, there maybe a network outage in your area or a temp. glitch. You would have to then just wait it out.
