I have been trying to send a text to a number I text all the time and I'm suddenly getting a message failed, would you like to retry? I hit hit yes a few times and then a message saying invalid destination address and the number. I know the number is valid as others have been able to text to it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I am having the same issue although it's MY phone number that people are getting when they try to text ( displaying the invalid address). I can text all the lines connected to my account, but if someone tries to enter a text to me (10digit#@vtext.com) an invalid adddress message is displayed and no text is sent. I was on the phone with tech support for 2 hours today and suddenly the tech said that her own number was displaying the invalid address. They said that it would take up to 10 days to figure it out
