Not sure how to search these forums, but don't see similar in first few pages...my apologies if this has been addressed.
This problem has been off an on for months; Incoming text messages will be held for an indeterminate period of time before being delivered to my phone. This is sometimes hours. I have taken to sending myself test texts periodically which seems to "break the dam" and will often receive several message notifications at once as they all feed into my phone.
Most of this is while I am in my office in presence of a very strong signal... voice calls will even sometimes not ring my phone but go straight to voicemail; voicemail notification will come w/ the flood of other messages at the same time.
When i try to update the software for my phone I get a service unavailable message, tho I don't think it's my phone as my daughter sometimes has the same problem.
Is there a known bug fix... latency issue I should know about?
