I just changed my $5, 250 msgs to $10, 500 msg. I went to my verizon account online and some of my txt didn't count as txt usage. It was in (IN ms section) and I was wondering if I have unlimited txt among Verizon. When I had 250 txt before I know I didn't but I just wanted to know for sure.

Also,

I was curious if sending pix or something to e-mail or to my verizon charges extra (for my plan), and I was wondering if IM charges extra for my plan.

You have Unlimited Mobile to Mobile texting with that texting plan. And Mobile to Mobile means unlimited texting to Alltel and VZW customers.

Alltel is a phone company that VZW acquired. You can check to see if a phone number is 'IN' by going checking here
