HTC Ozone can't send text messages

My HTC Ozone, running Windows Mobile, has had this issue before, just never for this long. Starting about noon today, I have not been able to send or receive text messages. I have tried *228 but it could not update. Windows update does not work. Normally, after a couple of hours, text messaging just starts working again, but for some reason not today. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it to work?

What error message are you getting when trying to send/receive a text message?

Only reason I know I'm not receiving messages is I'm on the Google Voice website texting people and they are telling me that they are sending me messages and I'm not getting them.

Are you sure you were typing in the 10-digit mobile number correctly?

Yes, they are the numbers in my contacts. I haven't changed them and they were working earlier today, but suddenly just stopped working.

Does it just happen to that paricular number or all?

All of them, I cannot text anyone

And there is no damage to the device whatsoever correct?

Correct, I was using it perfectly fine up till the time it just stopped working. I was at work, had sent a couple text messages. Tried to send a couple more and started receiving this error.
