i am still new to verizon,i just bought and download a game from the verizon store online here,i just want to know if it cost any data charges or anything else beside what i pay for the game,i would like to know before i start playing the game
Depending on your plan, you will be charged MB or airtime to download any game/app/ringtone from your phone. If purchasing online from verizonwireless.com, there are no MB or airtime charges because the download comes via a picture message attachment (your standard messaging rates apply and downloads from the web don't count as mobile to mobile)
To find out if you are charged data or airtime charges for playing the game, go to www.verizonwirless.com and from the red toolbar at the top of the page select Entertainment & Apps > Games. From the Verizon Media Store page type in the name of the game in the Search box in the upper-right hand corner. If your game uses MB or airtime when playing it, you will see a small disclaimer under the description of the game that reads like this:
Airtime or megabyte charges apply for sending and receiving data using Media Center/Get It Now, depending on your plan.
If you have any doubts/questions, call Customer Care.

The directions given are pretty clear on how to do this but if you don't understand call to make sure. Mary
When I go to a game I click the "info" tab. It says....."Without a price plan that includes an unlimited data feature, you will incur either (depending on your plan) airtime charges at applicable overage rates if you exceed your minutes bundle or megabyte (MB) charges $1.99/MB for downloading an app. Some applications may result in addtional charges for sending/receiving data during use."
