FRAUDULENT THIRD PARTY BILLING

First known scammers are allowed to add charges to my bill.

Verizon then tells me they provide 3rd party billing as a "favor" to their customers. Gee, they can't help it if the 3rd parties are scammers.

Next I spend countless hours attempting to get credits back from the scammers and Verizon -while the-block-i-didn't-know-i-needed takes a few months to activate.

Now..get this...Verizon actually tried to charge me for the block!

I won't get all my money back because apparently I was supposed to be paying closer attention to my bill. Silly me. How did I manage to overlook the teensy little 800 number on the previous page?!

Verizon claims they can't help what these companies bill you for....

Really? So why weren't all these supposed legit charges listed on a separate page as Non-Verizon charges in the first place?!

And to top it ALL off.... Looks likeVerizon accidentally (on purpose?) added games and backups I never requested either.

What happened to fair and honest dealings and feeling you get what you paid for?!

SHAME ON YOU, VERIZON!!!

Whose bill is it?  Who initiated a 3rd party transaction?  How is Verizon supposed to know that you didn't order the service?

Really? So why weren't all these supposed legit charges listed on a separate page as Non-Verizon charges in the first place?!  All charges of this nature are detailed on your bill, including what company posted the charge and normally a contact number for said company.

And to top it ALL off.... Looks likeVerizon accidentally (on purpose?) added games and backups I never requested either.

Right here is where you lost my empathy altogether, Verizon doesn't add phantom charges.  Perhaps you should question the other users on your acct (if there are any)

What happened to fair and honest dealings and feeling you get what you paid for?!

I suppose they win all of those J.D. Power awards doing this to everybody?

SHAME ON YOU, VERIZON!!!

Sounds like you have other people on your account, better question what they are doing as they probablly caused the charges.  I have never known verizon to just add apps on a bill when no one downloaded them.  Same with 3rd. party stuff, doesn't usually happen unless someone signs up for something so someone must have signed up and didn't tell you.    Mary
