I made a mistake and sent an E gift to the incorrect phone number. How do I make the necessary corrections to the phone number or cancel the E gift card? Before the owner of that phone number access the the E gift card.

Perfect. An email must be sent to the following address:
g-verizonmessages@verizonwireless.com
In the subject field, you'll title it "Sent a card to the wrong person".
Within the body of the message include the following:
Sender mobile number:

Recipient mobile number:

eGift card type (e.g., Target, Starbucks, etc.) and eGift card value:

Date eCard sent:

Short description of the issue including the correct number that it was intended to.
