I have the Nationwide Connect plan and I wanted to know if IMs were included as well as Mobile Email? I think my plan has unlimited texts but not sure if that includes IM. New to Verizon and I already love it and my phone.

IM is unlimited on the Connect plan.

The Connect plan includes unlimited messaging for text, picture, video and all instant messaging programs. It also includes the Mobile Email subscription and unlimited data for all your  email and web browsing needs.

Cool. I was not sure. We I went to download the mobile email it said there was a subscription fee so that confused me.

Yeah, that can be confusing. Next time, if you ever have to download it again, you can notice that when you highlight the $5 subscription option it should start scrolling to give more info and it will say "Free with Connect or Premium plan".
