Changing Text Allowance and about

My plan get 250 text a month,  I would like to get the one with 500 text and unlimited to other Verizon for 10$, and if I get alerts with it would it take out of my allowance?  Please Help

The alerts may take out of your allowance depending on if they are Verizon alerts. If you get alerts through myspace, facebook, ect.
