Cant access IM from my phone

Usage controls error message.  Anyone else see this before ? Know how to fix it ?

Is it giving you an error downloading it? Coming no accessable? Can you send Pix messages? Do you have access to Get it now?

No it worked fine then I added usage controls so I could block a phone number.  Now can't sign in to yahoo or msn messenger

Remove the usage control turn it off see if you can access

 

If you can  

 

Add it back clean no settings see if you can access it

 

Then 1 by 1 turn on what control you want till you figure which one doing it.

Usage controls are jacked in my opinion. I added it a while back, and then ANY email that was sending a text/pix message was BLOCKED. there is nothin in usage controls that stated that it will block ALL emails from coming to your phone. IF i recall, i was not able to send to email either. USELESS!
