I was recently messing around with my phone and accidently ended up switching my NAM on my intensity II from NAM1 to NAM2, then back to NAM1 again. After this, I have been unable to send or receieve picture messages, and get the error message "network authentification failed." I believe it's due to me messing with the NAM..I have never had problems before. Please help me fix this problem!!!
Have you tried a Reboot, take the battery out and them put it back in and see if that helps, if not call customer service I'm sure they can help 1-800-922-0202
Sounds like you will have to call *611 and go through the manual programming process. You might also try dialing *228 option 1 before going to customer service.

As is first suggested, take the phone to the store and have them restore it for you. But if you are adventurous, there are instructions to do it yourself. Use caution.
