Can't receive sounds

We have two new Samsung u450's in the house.  Both are on the same family plan.  Emailing a short 50k mp3 to one phone works fine - that phone gets a mesg and the sound can be heard, saved, etc.  The other phone, gets an email that there's a PIX or FLIX message and to go view it on the web.  If I sign on, I see the mesgs and it tells me to install quicktime to listen.  Question is, why does one phone get the mesg at the phone while the other gets it sent to the web?  Identical phones - shared family plan - same file sent from same computer.  I've tried sending using vtext.com and vzwpix.com.  Even tried to send from one phone to the other.  Everything lands in the web inbox.

It is possible that 1 line has picture messages blocked or a data block on it.  From the phone that can not get the sound, try dialing *228 send and option 1 to re program the phone.  Hope this helps.

Someone sent me a photo yesterday and I got the same "go see the website inbox" mesg.  But your reprogramming solution fixed it all up!
