jjbeng We apologize for the extra steps it takes to add a contact when you use Message+ through the My Verizon website.

The Message+ Verizon Messages - windows desktop application is not compatible with Windows 10 computers. The Windows messaging client for Verizon messages is temporarily removed to prevent syncing issues.
