Can not receive any video messages

All my friends can receive all my video messages ( video clips from phone camera ), but when they sending to me I only getting information of the file ( Example: Received: date,   Priority: Normal,    Size:71kb ). I don get any video with it. Picture's files working fine.

did you try hitting the options tab in the message? might have a option for 'download file'. most phones will display something along the bottom of the message window that will say 'download', when you view the message.

which phone are you using? i can try and troubleshoot it for you on my end

Motorola Krave ZN4. I hope some one can halp me with this !!!! Thank you again for any halp I can get.

i just tried to send one over to a krave. the initial message i got back was 'national enchanced service not available'. i knew the phone should have access to it, so on the buttom of the screen, there was an option for retry. i hit that and it looked like the video downloaded correctly. once it was done, the video did not start and i was unable to select any options tabs to view it.

i honestly have no idea.....

i will call data tech support and see if i can find a solution for you.
