Great news! Customers now have more control over their messaging services. We have recently added the ability to block the receipt of picture and video messages. Customers can now decide to allow all messages or to restrict service to text messages only. This service will be available shortly online through Verizon Safeguards, but for now - please call customer service to inquire about this free feature. Note: Premium messages are not included in the pic/video block - a separate block feature is available to support this request.
