I've talked to Verizon customer support a couple different times about getting text message bills (not what was said on the texts) for bills that are older than 3 months. When I go to 'My Bill' online it only lets me view the last 3 months. How can I get older text message bills/details? Do I need to talk to a supervisor or is it truly that you cannot get older text bills?

Call customer care back, there is a procedure for getting messaging usage records older than 3 months sent to you. There is an offline group that handles these requests. The rep and you can't speak directly to this group. Care will need to assign a case to this group. The records will be mailed to the customer name and billing address on the account. Ask for a supervisor's help if the care rep isn't able to assist you.
