My Verizon Ellipsis 8 tablet stopped working following an update. The tablet will no longer power on past the Verizon logo screen. Is it possible to download the update files and apply them from external storage of ABD through the recovery menu? Otherwise, is it possible for me to download the Software Update Assistant (Quanta) utility for windows? I am unable to find the software anywhere.

I've completed the troubleshooting with multiple agents on the digital chat. The problems persisted. To fix the problem, I will likely need the update files or access to the Software Update Assistant for Quanta devices. When I called a Verizon store, I was told a repair of the software could not be completed in the store
