I have a Verzion jet pack that is ridiculously slow. I can only get about 1.5mbps. My phone gets about 12. So why isn’t my jet pack close to the same as my phone. I have a WORK jet pack with a speed of about 12+. Doesnt make sense for the phones and work jet pack to be 12 but MY jet pack is rarely even 2! Please help. I am so frustrated.
No one likes turtle speeds including myself, Lisabell. I am sure I can help see what is going on. I do want to clarify and ask a few questions. How much data have you used so far on your Jetpack? What is the make and model of your Jetpack? Does it improve if you leave your current location? AmberF+_VZW
I was online with Verizon support for over 4 hours! They are sending a new jet pack. I hope that is the fix!
