Is It Possible To Play Pokemon Go On My Ellipsis 10?

Does this tablet use an Intel processor? It's next to impossible to play Pokemon Go on this tablet, so have been trying to troubleshoot the issue

I doubt it's Intel - it's a 1.5GHz quad core but none of the specs I've read give it a name - all I get is "Powering the Ellipsis 10 is an unnamed 1.5GHz quad-core processor" and other generic type info.

The app is designed for phones and not tablets.  It also required the device to have Android 4.4+ and 2 GB of RAM.  The Ellipsis 10 is a tablet and it only has 1 GB of RAM.
