You've used up your high-speed Mobile Hotspot allowance.

Hello. I received the following e-mail from Verizon Wireless

Your ELLIPSIS JETPACK MHS900L PP with mobile number ending in xxxx has reached its 0 high-speed Mobile Hotspot allowance. Your monthly data allowance will reset on the 27th with your next billing cycle.

My simple question is how I can have 0 high-speed allowance? My simple understanding was 15GB, not 0.

To the very limited extent that I've been able to contact a human being at Verizon they have been asperplexed as me. In the meantime I am throttled to 600Kbps.

Thanks,

W
