I cannot be any clearer. No, you are not here to help me! You are here to give me answers to questions I have not asked. You have been totally useless! Please do not respond to me anymore. You have wasted time that I can never get back. No, I do not want to sign up on Twitter to get an answer. Yes, I have downloaded the cloud app to my desktop. What difference does ity make where and how I got the songs.  I CANNOT REMOVE SOME OF THEM FROM THE CLOUD BECAUSE OF A LOCK ON THE SONG!!!! Please leave me alone.
