deleted contacts not listed in cloud on phone but they are online so how to I get them back, their not in the trash bin online but I don't see where I can restore them to phone

We understand backing up your contacts is important. Let's make sure your list is accurate. When was the last time your Verizon Cloud synced? Are the contacts listed in your contact list in your phone? What model phone are you using?

I figured it out, they were in deleted folder online, restored them and then sync.
where did you go on-line to find them?
