The app shows 20 GB being used up on the phone's hard drive and 10 GB in the cloud. Should I delete the app and r-einstall?

Yes I thought it was strange too so I went ahead and deleted and reinstalled and it took care of the problem. Thank you.

This is very strange Sam. Syncing your media to the Verizon Cloud should simply create a safe copy online. Try deleting the app and reinstalling. Test and keep us posted. I also recommend visiting this link http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/verizon-cloud-faqs/ for great info on the Verizon Cloud.
