Cloud not recognizing my sd card, can't sync

I have a new sandisk sd card, the old one died and took my music with it.  So I want to use the Verizon cloud, but it does not recognize the new one I put in (Samsung galaxy S7).

I go into settings and the card is not listed.  what do I do?

We want you to know your music is safe and secure on the sd card. When you inserted the card, did you power the phone off and back on? Do you receive any error messages when trying to access the card?
