If this happened in less than 30-calendar days from now, then there should be an archive available. If past 30 days then that archive was purged and the content is no longer available.
Use the 'Send Feedback" option in the Cloud App navigation menu to send a support ticket directly to the team, and they can get on it.
The Forum is a good way to see FAQ, as well as have other Cloud Members lend their knowledge and experiences. For this you need direct and immediate help.
