Actually you got a response from a moderator of the forum not a Customer Service representative and only after I had asked them to address it because they are the only ones that can.

No, I contacted Verizon customer service and they connected me with someone who could help. If you were actually being helpful, you should have mentioned that in one of your many posts. Sooooo, thanks? I guess?
