change screen name, name, email address

I tried this and my profile is locked somehow. There are no options for me to edit any of my info. Help (ayuda)

When I tried to sign in, it would not take my password, so I changed my AT&T password and User ID. I still can't sign in. Verizon shows as my account name, what is actually my email address, and I don't know how to edit it in Verizon to my AT&T account name. Can you help?
