Trying to figure out how to ask a simple question on this lame web site is a hard! It took me an hour to find the "Ask a Question" link! You really might want to revisit the UI/UX experience here.
Now I'm going to cool down and ask my real question which is really more of a bug in Verizon's Message+ app.
Who creates the garbage?
For anyone landing here, click Community Home and then click Get Started and you will see "Ask a question" in the upper right corner. Pretty obvious, eh?
Every other halfway decent forum has an "Ask a Question" link on any page listing existing questions.
