Click on the email icon

Select add account

type in email username and password. 

Click next. 

Pretty easy and self explanatory. 

Also, I take it this is a generic email account?  Like yahoo, or hotmail?  It's not an exchange server or gmail?

Sounds easy, however I get an error message "503 80302 You have already added this email account." when I try to add HOTMAIL. But the account doesn't display in the list of email accounts.

Any ideas on how to clear that so I can add Hotmail?

Hi Teresamae! I have a Nexus as well and I'll be more than happy to help you setup your email! The steps will vary depending on whether you are adding a personal account or corporate account. If this is not a common email account, you'll need the email account settings also. Here is some info on our support site with instructions. Let me know if you need assistance with your specific email account.

Kuriakos, please try clearing the cache from your email account by going to Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, All, Email, Clear data/cache.
