I got ED05 and I have had nothing but problems! I am really upset that I was not made aware of option to get a different phone and now my phone is completely screwed up worse than it was before. TERRIBLE!

May I ask how your phone is "completely screwed up worse than it was before"? What complications are you experiencing?
Once you did the software update to version ED05, did you happen to Master/Hard Reset
