Same issues, no exchange services on my phone though.
VZ sent me out another Gnexus - making it my 3rd, got a new sim card as well last night
RARELY have more than 2 bars of 4G - confirmed with a tech yesterday that there are !!!6!!! towers within 2 miles of my house. While my wife's AT&T iPhone5 has full LTE allll day everyday. Neighbors VZ iPhone5 had 4/5 bars when I checked with her yesterday
I can drain the battery in less than 2.5 hours and I have the extended battery. It also gets extremely hot after ~10 minutes of use.
The 4.2.2 update destroyed what was ever left with this phone....which wasn't much.
People recommend rooting and flashing ROMs but I am over all of that, give me a phone that WORKS.
