At night when my s7 is on it's wireless charger stand next to my bed, the display come on for a few moments when the charge reaches 100%, illuminating the room. The display goes out after a few moments but this cycle repeats several times throughout the night. How can I prevent the display from coming on when the battery reaches a full charge?

Why don't you just fully charge the phone before you go to bed?

For a few reasons... 1) I would have to remember to put it on the charger at some variable lent of time before retiring, based on the current battery charge, as to have it fully charged before I go to bed. 2) If I did this I wouldn't have a fully charged phone in the morning. 3) Fully charging the phone and then putting it on the charger before retiring would have the same problem. When the charge got to some threshold below 100% and the charger came on, the display would still light up when it got to 100%. 4) For what I paid for the phone and for what I pay each month for the service, someone should fix this.

Try this -
Settings > Display > Always On Display (if on) > Layouts > Show Notifications (turn slider off)
OR
Display > Always On Display > Show always (slider off)
Not sure which of these if any will work for you.

I charge my phone when I get home from work. Using the quick charge, usually takes an hour or so. When it is fully charged, I unplug it. It stays fully charged all night.

I forgot to mention that I always turn the phone off at night.
