samsung galaxy s4 wont make or receive calls

You text like it's dialing but I can't hear anything and there is no dial tone after about a minute it just hangs up all calls that are made to me and go straight to voicemail

ever since I did the lolipop update It happens everywhere I go im in a good signal area and my sim card works fine in other phone messaging and data work fine all calls go str8 to vm

Ive wiped it like 3 times twice with backup and once without the third time i redid the update to no effect but I will do it again to make sure ill repost my findings heres hoping! cheers.,

Well it didn't work I'm right back at the same place I used to be except for now I don't have any of my apps

Let's get this fixed for you because it's really important to us that you're able to make and receive calls with your phone. You mentioned that this started happening after the update and wiping the phone didn't help, so let's try a different approach and repair the software. This will require the use of the Software Repair Assistant. Here's a link to steps to do the repair http://vz.to/1Uc3A3e .
