S5 will not turn on. I took out the battery waited a few minutes before turning it back on. It is not showing the battery charging rate either. Suggestions would be appreciated
I'd be lost if I didn't have my cell phone, IamBrisk. Let's make sure that we jump right on this issue and get you back up and running ASAP. Was there any changes to the phone before it did this (new apps or software update)? Is there any physical or liquid damage on the phone? If you try a different charger, what results do you get? Please keep us posted.
