Here is how we fix the issues surrounding the 4.3 update issues. REPORT IT. Go to the media outlets (local news, CNN..). Report it on
http://www.fcc.gov/complaints .. . If everyone just 'sits around and waits for the fix', they will take their time. why should we be paying monthly for a 'smart' phone we cannot use.. if we flood the media outlets about this issue, it is bound to make news and they will have to look into fixing this NOW or they will have to pay out like APPLE did.

Don't you realise that VZW isn't interested in fixing anything or your loyalty.
They want your money now, but they're ignoring that fact that once the contract is over, unhappy customers switch providers.
