nougat problems without ougat

I have *not* updated to nougat because of all the problems. I'm on 6.0.1 marshmallow. But im having many similar problems as those who accepted the install.  all of my issues started 2-3 months ago Before Noigat was pushed: excessive battery drain, audio OS using very large chunks of data, voice mail stopping when I hold phone to my ear, no one can hear me, when I make a call with no headset the party on the other end can hear me fine and my wifi has gone wonky - constantly dis connecting and reconnecting.

I don't plan on upgrading to Nougat until the problem are fixed.  but, i anyone having the same proplems? With nougat. Can anyone confirm that a patch is forthcoming?

I think they are

I'll bet you will get no help from VZW customer support.  They will say your problems are because you haven't installed Nougat.  I haven't installed it either, but luckily, haven't had the problems you have had with Marshmellow.

Good luck!

Mkfaller, I am sorry to learn of the problems you are having with your phone.  We want to make sure all the features on your phone are functioning as they should.  I can understand your reluctance regarding upgrading to the latest software.  Please understand that although some devices may experience problems from an update the majority of them don't have any problems at all.  Looking at the millions of devices that got the nougat update, only a small number might have had problems.  You are unable to avoid the update and the first step in troubleshooting your phone issues would be to have you process any pending software updates.

Please, work with us by updating your phone and then let us know if you continue to experience any of the current issues that you are already having.

What is the make and model of your phone?
