messed up....

I bought a galaxy s10+ and was told the return policy is 14 days. That if I didn't like it I could get a different phone. Well I don't  like it and went to the local Verizon store 4 days later and and over a week later I'm still told i can't get a different phone because I bought this one at a kiosk in Costco. The Verizon person there didn't inform me that if I wanted to return it I would have to do so at a Costco store. The closest Costco to me is 3.5 hours away. They won't call me to resolve the issue,  won't let me send this one back via mail and expect me to drive 3.5 hours one way to them and pick a new phone. Very unrealistic and very disappointed. I don't know what else to try.

Verizon isn't Costco. It's common sense returns go back where you purchased it.

Actually, there is a Verizon seller inside of the Costco where I go and have gone to for 6 yrs for phones. They have always told us in previous years we could return at our local Verizon store if needed. Thanks anyways

Depending on where you are, the kiosk in Costco is probably owned and operated by "Wireless Advocates LLC", not Costco or Verizon.  In any event, Costco and Verizon won't be able to help you since you didn't buy it from them.  Check your receipt/paperwork to see who you actually purchased it from.

That is still a third party retailer and actually Verizon Wireless selling the product in Costco.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
