Any suggestions on what I can do to correct the issue of the device mic and speaker quitting during phone calls?  I also periodically have the sound drop out on my Pandora app.

Mic and speaker are essential feature on your phone nra4life! Let's get to the bottom of this issue and explore options to resolve! When did these issues start? Do you remember if issues started after installing/updating a particular application/software? Is there any physical/water damage to the phone?
