Since upgrading my S4 to 4.3 I notice that google plus can generate very high cpu utilization (~40%). I have tried a hard reset and that did not help. the only thing that seems to help is booting into "android system recovery" and executing "wipe cache partition". As soon i restart the phone the problem starts all over again.
Any thoughts?
