I'm having difficulty charging and maintaining a charge on Samsung Galaxy S3. I installed a new duracell battery but that did not resolve the problem. It seems like the problem is the connection to the phone's charging port, can wiggle the micro usb connector left and right.

Thank you for your response. The phone has not been damaged. After
additional online research it seems many people state the necessity to
only use the OEM plug in charger and USB cord that were provided with
the phone. I have been using a more convenient alternate charger and
cord. I've switched back to the original OEM charger and cord and the
phone seems to be charging better. The connector fits more snug in the
phones charging port. Time will tell if that resolves the issue. So
far so good.
Thanks again,
Ken

KenCarle3,
Being able to have your phone charged is super important! With what you are describing, it does seem like a charging port issue. You should not be able to wiggle the connector in it. Is there any physical damage to the phone: http://vz.to/1WRO9j4 Is your device still under the one year warranty or have extended coverage?
