Wifi not connecting at home. Any tips to fix? Have already power cycled the modem and restarted the phone. Says wifi network out of range. Other devices at home are using the wifi with no problems. Now I'm starting to notice issues with it on my work's wifi too.
Try putting the phone in airplane mode for 30 seconds then back to normal mode. You can also try a battery pull for 30 seconds then reboot. Make sure your router has the latest drivers installed. Also when your power cycled your modem did you do the same thing to the router?
Go to wifi menu then choose wifi advanced settings in wifi menu then choose wifi frequencies and make sure it is set to auto connect rather than 2.5k or 5k. we were having the same problem and this worked for us on a HTC DNA phone
