as soon as I made my finally payment for the s7 an update occurred and the phone battery would drain within the hour . after long conversation and visits to Verizon locations and my refusal to waste money on a new phone when my phone was fine. It was acknowledged that the error was with Samsung. now all of a sudden the phone is requesting my pin instead of my fingerprint that I have been using and has erased all my date . High way robbery
when you selected fingerprint login you were asked if you wanted a back-up pin!!
